Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design Enhanced Business Systems by assessing current workflows and identifying areas for increased efficiency across all departments.

• Create scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and operational playbooks that ensure consistency while facilitating rapid growth.

• Implement effective solutions that streamline work processes without compromising quality.

• Construct High-Performance KPI Frameworks by collaborating with department leaders to establish meaningful KPIs and performance metrics.

• Develop dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership with clear insights into organizational performance.

• Ensure accountability through structured scorecards and measurable outcomes.

• Continuously assess metrics and propose enhancements based on business requirements.

• Enhance HR & People Operations by reviewing and refining employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding.

• Work alongside HR to guarantee that operational processes support both employee experience and business goals.

• Suggest systems and processes that augment organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.

• Drive Operational Excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives that remove bottlenecks and enhance collaboration.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using modern tools and technology.

• Advocate for continuous improvement by promoting smarter, more scalable work methods.

• Support organizational change initiatives as High Scale continues its expansion.

• Partner with Leadership by serving as a reliable operational collaborator to department heads and executive leadership.

• Provide recommendations that are informed by data, operational insights, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Operations Leader with over 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, PMO, or a related operational leadership role.

• Experience in a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or another highly process-oriented organization is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements that have led to measurable business results.

• Builder of Systems who naturally thinks in terms of processes rather than isolated solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Maker who is comfortable establishing KPI frameworks, analyzing operational metrics, and converting data into actionable insights.

• Influential Business Partner capable of effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
