This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Assist in QTC projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with your manager to implement QTC-related tasks across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for key projects and enhancement releases, including the creation of test cases, execution, documentation of outcomes, and defect tracking.
• Support tactical QTC requests (e.g., configuration validations, data checks, minor process or tooling adjustments).
• Convert business requirements and challenges into well-structured Jira tickets for ESYS (including requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, dependencies).
• Execute comprehensive UAT on all assigned and newly created tactical tickets. Oversee releases to ensure there are no adverse effects on our systems.
• Develop, refine, and maintain Enablement documentation for QTC-related processes, tools, and changes (such as runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and step-by-step guides).
• Record outcomes of new features and bug fixes in a manner that is accessible and actionable for the Order Management team.
• Utilize SQL or analytics tools (Snowflake, Retool) to reconcile data across systems and observe the impact of modifications on QTC workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics and systems teams as necessary to troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity.
• Proactively identify recurring issues or pain points in QTC processes and suggest enhancements.
• Stay informed about changes to QTC systems and processes and comprehend how these changes affect the Order Management team.
• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Familiarity with QTC or revenue systems/processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in:
• User acceptance testing (UAT) or similar testing activities (test scripts, documentation, defect reporting).
• Writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering or systems teams (using Jira or similar tools).
• Creating process documentation, SOPs, or training/enablement materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to translate complex system behaviors into clear and simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Residing in Pakistan and available to work during US-aligned Pacific Standard Time hours.
