Business Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Product development: act as the liaison between business teams and product/tech, gathering requirements, identifying issues, and ensuring the product roadmap accurately reflects operational priorities.

• Cross-team coordination: serve as the key point of contact among sales, ad ops, product, and tech teams to guarantee alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Internal documentation: create and maintain clear processes and documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure smooth operations across teams.

• Onboarding and team collaboration: onboard new team members and account managers, ensure smooth campaign delivery, and provide operational support to the sales team regarding campaign management and client satisfaction.

• Quality monitoring: ensure the effective conduct of operations through proactive monitoring and continuous process improvement.

• Partnerships: investigate and manage partnership opportunities with external tech partners, including ad networks, mediation services, and third-party tracking solutions.

• Inventory tracking and financial monitoring: ensure that inventory is well allocated and prioritized between direct and programmatic campaigns while monitoring daily revenues.

• Reporting to COO: deliver regular operational updates, identify risks early, and contribute to strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully fluent in English.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field (experience in ad tech is an advantage but not mandatory).

• Background in Engineering or Business.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with comfort working across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
