This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee operational initiatives throughout various segments of the organization — encompassing workflow enhancements, system implementations, process redesigns, and project executions.
• Analyze, document, enhance, and operationalize internal workflows across departments. Detect friction points, inefficiencies, and breakdowns — then devise solutions with scalable processes and defined ownership.
• Create and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, process diagrams, and internal operating documentation to foster consistency, onboarding, accountability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams in sales, production, finance, marketing, and operations to facilitate the adoption of new tools, workflows, automations, and process enhancements. This may involve working alongside developers, Revenue Operations, or external partners during operational rollouts.
• Serve as an operational liaison across teams — ensuring projects progress, obstacles are identified early, stakeholders remain aligned, and priorities translate into actionable outcomes.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of daily business operations. Stay closely connected to workflows and teams to proactively spot gaps, inefficiencies, recurring challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist leadership in driving company-wide objectives by establishing structure around timelines, ownership, dependencies, risks, and execution strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Implementation, or a related cross-functional role.
• Strong operational and systems-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in process mapping and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly proactive and resourceful — naturally identifies gaps and initiates action.
• Capable of balancing strategic thought with hands-on execution.
• Experience in startups, agencies, consulting firms, SaaS, ecommerce, or operationally complex businesses is highly regarded.

• Experience in developing SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Familiarity with implementing operational systems or workflows.
• Knowledge of tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to automation and AI-driven workflows.

• Background in process improvement or operational transformation.
