Business Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive strategic initiatives, from identifying new markets to driving growth in current product lines.

• Develop strategic frameworks to assess customer segments, go-to-market strategies, and opportunities for geographical expansion.

• Create hypotheses, conduct analyses, and transform ambiguous challenges into clear recommendations.

• Establish scalable systems, tools, and processes for sales, marketing, and agent development.

• Contribute to pricing strategies, sales compensation, revenue forecasting, and go-to-market organizational design.

• Enhance operational rigor and predictability throughout the go-to-market approach.

• Oversee high-impact projects spanning core operations, strategic finance, key performance indicators, board reporting, and growth initiatives.

• Assist in commercial strategy, pricing, packaging, and broader go-to-market endeavors.

• Develop processes that enhance execution and visibility as the company expands.

• Utilize data, large language models, automation, and tools to extract insights and optimize workflows.

• Create models, dashboards, or lightweight internal tools to enhance decision-making and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, product management, or other similar analytical/strategic roles.

• Proven track record of managing ambiguous, cross-functional projects from start to finish with clearly defined measurable outcomes.

• Ability to work closely with customers and technical teams, preferably with experience in AI, SaaS, or dynamic startup environments.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and systems-thinking abilities; capable of transitioning from high-level strategy to practical execution.

• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and modeling capabilities.
