Business Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Business Analysts to ensure efficient analyses and data-driven initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators for the operations team and business processes.

• Create impactful dashboards and frameworks to facilitate effective analysis and interpretation of both business and technical data.

• Identify various anomalies in payment processes and provide insights into different patterns.

• Collaborate with EPI scheme members to enhance the conversion rate of various members by analyzing data within EPI systems.

• Actively engage in the ongoing enhancement of EPI capabilities within the Settlement layer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Settlement and monitoring within a large bank or payment organization.

• Proven experience in establishing a new team and clearly defining its objectives.

• Strong knowledge of the SCT Inst framework.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Proficient project management skills for defining and steering action plans and reporting.

• Strong communication skills, able to onboard external stakeholders for rapid problem-solving and action-taking.

• Effectively communicate updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Databricks, Jira, and Tableau.

• Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and operational efficiency frameworks.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, along with an understanding of their differences.

• In addition to strong technical expertise, you exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively and providing supportive assistance to colleagues at all levels.
