Business Operations – Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the owner to enhance and expand business operations.

• Develop, document, and refine internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Identify operational constraints and enact process enhancements across various departments.

• Research, deploy, and oversee new software, automation, and AI tools to boost efficiency.

• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of initiatives.

• Create systems that enhance productivity, accountability, and overall business performance.

• Evaluate workflows and suggest solutions to facilitate business growth.

• Aid in operational planning and execute strategic initiatives independently.

• Provide support for additional administrative and operational projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) – C1/C2 level.

• Solid understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.

• Experience in creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable business systems.

• Proficient in implementing and adapting to new software, automation platforms, and AI tools.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Background in small or rapidly growing businesses.

• Experience in implementing AI, automation, or business management software.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience leading operational enhancements across various departments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business analytics tools.
