• Develop and enhance the company's operational model, focusing on organizational structure, processes, and team collaboration.

• Oversee PMO, program management, and transformation projects to guarantee execution, delivery, and excellence in operations.

• Establish and promote data-driven decision-making utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to convert strategy into actionable plans and standardize business growth across international teams.
