Business Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to advance projects and events.

• Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring products are launched as anticipated on makeship.com, with manufacturing partners prepared for production, and everything in between.

• Serve as the main point of contact and provide support for internal operational activities.

• Record and maintain documentation of internal systems, procedures, and standard operating processes.

• Assist in coordinating, designing, and implementing business workflows.

• Help with debugging, optimizing, and developing low-code/no-code automations.

• Provide support for ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and initiatives focused on data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• At least 1 year of experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with automations in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier).

• At least 1 year of experience in reporting and analyzing data from Shopify, HubSpot, and/or databases (e.g., Airtable, BigQuery).

• Exceptional written and visual communication skills for processes (e.g., Miro, Figma).

• Willingness to engage with new systems, technologies, and processes and learn quickly.

• Capacity to rapidly switch contexts while maintaining organization of tasks and information.
