• Creates and presents training for support specialists to strengthen team capabilities and ensure uniform support practices.
• Evaluates system performance, identifies trends, and suggests improvements to enhance business processes.
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated applications, advising on best practices and providing strategic insights.
• Initiates process automation and system enhancement projects to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Engages in on-site customer visits to nurture relationships and collect direct feedback for ongoing improvement.
• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Generally requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.
