Business Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offers technical assistance to users for business applications, resolving issues and enhancing system performance.

• Assesses application-related challenges, performs performance evaluations, and provides user training to improve efficiency and usability.

• Maintains data-driven, system-generated forms (such as deeds, policy jackets, schedules, affidavits, and settlement documents) to ensure precision, compliance, and effective workflow execution.

• Leads the troubleshooting of intricate business application issues, frequently collaborating with vendors and IT development teams.

• Creates and presents training for support specialists to strengthen team capabilities and ensure uniform support practices.

• Evaluates system performance, identifies trends, and suggests improvements to enhance business processes.

• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated applications, advising on best practices and providing strategic insights.

• Initiates process automation and system enhancement projects to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

• Engages in on-site customer visits to nurture relationships and collect direct feedback for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.
