Business Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offers technical assistance to users for business applications by resolving issues and enhancing system performance.

• Evaluates application-related challenges, performs performance assessments, and provides user training to boost efficiency and usage.

• Maintains system-generated, data-driven forms (such as deeds, policy jackets, schedules, affidavits, and settlement documents) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless workflow execution.

• Leads the troubleshooting efforts for intricate business application problems, frequently collaborating with vendors and IT development teams.

• Designs and delivers training programs for support specialists to enhance team capability and ensure uniform support practices.

• Assesses system performance, identifies trends, and recommends improvements to streamline business processes.

• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated applications, guiding best practices and providing strategic insights.

• Initiates process automation and system enhancement projects to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.

• Engages in on-site customer visits to build relationships and collect direct feedback for ongoing improvement.

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.
