Business Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document requirements, converting them into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Defining problem statements, recognizing business needs, and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance processes and outcomes.

• Conducting data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that facilitate business decision-making.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using visualization tools, preferably Tableau.

• Taking ownership of reporting and dashboard delivery, ensuring timely implementation and promoting adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across various data sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of relevant experience along with a bachelor's degree.

• Have development experience with business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau, among others.

• Demonstrate analytical skills with the capability to provide backend data analysis.

• Have experience handling confidential data.

• Exhibit a strong initiative for results, the ability to manage ambiguity, and navigate cross-team dynamics.

• Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
