Business Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform business analyses to ensure that Company & Financial Operations practices align with the established business model, mission, and standards.

• Collaborate to develop cost-effective processes and policies that promote efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure that results are enhanced; update process documentation, conduct training sessions, and create automated reports.

• Identify, suggest, implement, and test modifications that will facilitate scalable growth.

• Conduct research and analyze workflow processes to enhance business procedures within Finance Operations.

• Engage in cross-functional assessments of existing business processes and policies.

• Monitor practices to confirm they contribute to improved productivity and revenue generation.

• Collaborate with merchants facing near-term delinquent Accounts Receivable challenges to devise payment solutions that benefit both parties and BC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in operations, ideally within a SaaS, eCommerce, or another subscription-based environment.

• Background in Business Operations.

• A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of SaaS and Agile workflows and technologies.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, Impartner, and Marketo.

• Understanding of end-to-end process design, implementation, and project management.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage operations expertise to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.
