Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Rethink our current work processes: Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint areas of failure or inefficiency, and suggest enhancements that boost accuracy and speed.

• Create intelligent prototypes and solutions: Utilize low-code/no-code platforms (and some coding) to enable teams to operate more efficiently. Make informed decisions about when to automate, redesign, or delegate tasks.

• Take charge of execution: Manage a project from inception to completion—whether that involves reconstructing a manual workflow, unlocking a new essential capability, or implementing a new internal tool.

• Collaborate across functions: Work alongside stakeholders from various departments (Ops, Finance, and GTM teams) to identify pain points, deliver meaningful impact, and facilitate changes in workflows.

• Act as a force-multiplier: Assist our team—and the organization—in embracing the philosophy of “doing more with less” through innovative technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business or a comparable level of experience.

• An effective communicator who articulates ideas clearly and collaboratively.

• Strong judgment skills, with the capacity to switch between detailed analysis and strategic thinking.

• Inquisitive and resourceful—constantly questioning, “How can we enhance this process?”

• Enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools to develop more efficient processes.

• Organized and dependable—you follow through on commitments.

• A conviction that enhancing internal operations leads to better customer service.

• 1–2 years of experience in business operations or a similar role focused on execution.

• Familiarity with automation, process improvement, or workflow design.

• Some experience using low-code/no-code tools (such as Parabola or n8n), with a keen interest in learning more.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or dashboards.
