This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish, design, and execute standard operating procedures to manage business operations for Numerix SaaS clients.
• Conduct daily monitoring tasks and verify reports related to market and counterparty credit risk analytics, including MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, VaR, etc., for front and middle office users.
• Monitor alerts daily regarding the success or failure of daily runs, batch processes, and market data feeds. Carry out periodic intra-day assessments of the OneView applications, ancillary systems, processes, and data feeds to ensure operational integrity and adherence to SLAs.
• Address daily requests for operational support activities such as trade setups and corporate actions.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance, application issues, and feed problems; triage and resolve issues while managing escalations to value streams.
• As Incident Manager and in compliance with the Numerix Incident Management policy, oversee incidents identified through automated system alerts or reported by clients.
• Manage the deployment of OneView application releases in pre-production, coordinating dress rehearsals and parallel runs.
• Lead and coordinate with clients for the release of OneView applications' GA and patch updates in production environments.
• Generate internal and external reports with metrics to evaluate service performance through service reviews and management reporting (including incidents, cases, etc.).
• Oversee the management of market data documents.
• Over 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including a minimum of 2 years in treasury roles within front or middle office settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and IT.
• Required proficiency in Linux and Python.
• Familiarity with Market and Credit Risk concepts (VaR, XVA, Greeks, etc.).
• A strong understanding of market and counterparty credit risk principles.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services, including step functions, etc.
• Capability to prioritize and perform effectively in complex, fast-paced environments; exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Adaptability to changes in a dynamic setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue ownership.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages, including Python, and cloud-based hosting solutions (preferably AWS).
• Opportunity for remote work.

• Must be able to work US shifts on a rotational basis.
