• This role offers support to all teams within GREWP’s Global Operations, focusing on the management of purchase orders, invoicing, and budget planning.
• The individual will handle data entry related to GREWP’s sustainability and global operations and assist with global budget tracking.
• Supervise the final OpEx/CapEx forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team (fixed asset division) to review lease details.
• Support procurement with operating purchase orders/vendors and scout requests.
• Review and post accruals for operating expenses that have been established.
• Develop OpEx budgets at the vendor level and arrange meetings with relevant site managers.
• Create and update the internal GREWP planning template.
• Meet with site leaders to gather vendor details.
• Validate the work of Finance Admin (POs/Invoices/Receiving).
• Analyze operational account data from A360’s actuals extraction provided by the finance team for G/L level details.
• Establish purchase orders, invoicing, and receiving processes.
• Ensure that accruals are implemented on a monthly basis.
• Guarantee the timely processing of invoice payments.
• Collaborate with BFM to ensure that purchase orders and invoices remain within budget on a consolidated account/location level to maintain adherence to forecasts.
• Assist site managers in setting up vendors in our payment system and provide support to both site managers and the Master Data Management team.
• Conduct weekly check-in meetings with stakeholders to ensure there are no outstanding items.
• Review lease contracts and approve lease invoices in Tririga.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of overall work experience.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle is essential; experience with Smartsheets and ERP environments is advantageous.
• Capability to manage the financial complexities of OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking.
