This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide CRM assistance to users at all levels within the organization.
• Support with:
• - Call Entry
• - Account Maintenance
• - Opportunity Management
• - Objective Management
• - Review of dashboards and metrics
• Manage and resolve CRM Help Desk tickets promptly.
• Conduct user training and create, update, and maintain training materials.
• Oversee Salesforce user accounts, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Assess, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration adjustments to enhance functionality and the user experience.
• Produce ad hoc and regular reports to meet business requirements.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Take ownership of and manage performance scorecards for over 500 Sales Associates across various channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and distribution.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and overall quality of CRM data.
• Manage data maintenance tasks, which include loading, deleting, and reassigning Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and related records.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate Degree
• 2–4 years of practical Salesforce Administrator experience in a production setting
• Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in supporting sales teams, reporting, automation, and data integrity initiatives
• Background in providing Salesforce user support and resolving daily system issues
• Capability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects within set deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Preferred working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboarding and reporting
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred industry experience in food brokerage, food manufacturing, or food distribution
