This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement the Zendesk ecosystem (its products and provide consulting support for system integrations).
• Understand current client processes and translate their needs into workflows, business rules, and solutions that align with best practices in Service and Customer Experience (CX).
• Conduct practical training on the implemented solutions, fostering user and client autonomy.
• Provide technical-functional support in the post-implementation environment, ensuring continuous improvement of the solution.
• Gather and document business requirements that involve the development/technical team, monitoring the execution of deliverables.
• Organize and manage the project demand board, ensuring visibility, deadline control, and prioritization.
• Lead strategic and tactical meetings with clients, promoting effective communication among all parties involved.
• Previous experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Success (CS).
• Experience in gathering and mapping client processes, acting in a consultative manner.
• Practical experience with Zendesk (or similar CRM/Customer Service tools), either in implementation or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of the digital service market.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
