This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to analyze, enhance, and streamline company processes.
• Elicit, collect, and document requirements, converting them into clear functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows, and activity diagrams to ensure a shared understanding.
• Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work with the team and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and prioritize features effectively.
• Offer guidance and clarification to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Assist quality assurance efforts by reviewing test cases and aiding in validation.
• Contribute to testing strategies for both automation and non-functional requirements.
• Serve as a triage expert for incoming requests, bugs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Address technical issues and eliminate cross-functional blockers as they arise.
• Oversee projects with defined milestones and deliverables, ensuring that progress and risks are communicated effectively.
• Generate documentation and training materials for end users to facilitate the adoption of new functionalities.
• What You'll Bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and convert requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Established experience collaborating closely with technical teams and understanding system-level impacts, including a solid grasp of integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Practical experience in facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Experience in product ownership or strategy is a plus.
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML). Ability to define KPIs and assess product or project impacts is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Professional certifications, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or their equivalents, are beneficial.
