Business Analyst – Requirements Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of requirements for a significant federal enterprise cloud platform.

• Convert mission objectives and stakeholder expectations into precise, actionable requirements.

• Act as a bridge between government stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Engage in Scaled Agile (SAFe) ceremonies.

• Create clear documentation and simplify complex requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; applicable experience may replace educational requirements.

• Proven expertise in business analysis and/or requirements engineering within technology programs.

• Familiarity with requirements documentation, user stories, and traceability.

• Experience in an Agile or SAFe environment.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination.
