Business Manager – Team Leader Microfinance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all branch KPIs within the region are met effectively.

• Guarantee that branch operations in the area run smoothly through the fulfillment and management of human resources.

• Oversee the successful expansion of the designated management area as outlined by Amartha.

• Ensure the portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit standards meet management expectations.

• Uphold the principle of transparency within the branch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma III.

• Proven experience in managing branch operations.

• Experience leading a team of more than 5-10 members.

• At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager/Leader, with a preference for those from Grameen Bank/Microfinance institutions.

• Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies as a team framework to achieve targets.

• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C.

• Willingness to be placed at the TUNTANG - SEMARANG branch.
