This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the comprehensive development of your designated region
• Design, enhance, and optimize a local ecosystem that aligns with YXELON's vision
• Identify and establish contracts with high-quality partners
• Develop a distributor portfolio that reflects YXELON’s lifestyle branding
• Ensure partner retention and deliver strategic follow-up
• Maintain selectivity and coherence throughout the network
• Identify, recruit, and organize a network of Brand Ambassadors within your territory
• Create a sustainable local growth dynamic
• Propel regional sales growth
• Maximize the profitability of your territory
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B or B2C commercial development (fashion, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, sports, mobility, etc.)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Capability to structure, manage, and energize a network
• Strategic vision coupled with a strong results orientation
• Autonomy, meticulousness, and a robust sense of responsibility
• Awareness of premium, sustainable, and responsible brands
• An established network is an advantage
