📋 Description

• Leading property acquisition efforts throughout North Scotland and the Islands, concentrating on premium homes in sought-after areas.

• Developing and overseeing a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, research, referrals, events, and proactive outreach.

• Skillfully presenting and promoting our ownership proposition, customizing your approach for each potential owner.

• Establishing local collaborations with estate agents, developers, tradespeople, and other essential stakeholders to foster organic growth.

• Ensuring that each new property is introduced to the market at the highest standard, including pricing, photography, and listing quality.

• Leveraging data and local market insights to inform pricing strategies and forecast revenue.

• Negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that serve both the owner and the business effectively.

• Serving as a brand ambassador within your region, representing Travel Chapter at meetings, events, and industry functions.

• Working closely with internal teams to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for owners.

• Striving to meet and surpass KPIs related to appointments, property sign-ups, and revenue generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with a knack for rapidly establishing trust and credibility.

• A results-oriented mindset demonstrated by a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Proven experience in field-based sales, including effectively managing your own schedule and time.

• Comfort working independently across a wide geographical area.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate successfully.

• Proficiency in working with data to guide pricing and revenue strategies.

• Experience in pipeline management and utilizing CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• A proactive, self-driven approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with the North Scotland region.

• Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.

• A full, clean UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively.
