Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Supplier Partners to finalize documentation for establishing ThermalWorks as a customer

• Create and prepare documents necessary for generating purchase orders

• Develop and prepare invoices through required documentation

• Manage collections by coordinating with Accounting and Customers

• Facilitate payments by partnering with Accounting and Supplier Partners

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and conduct periodic re-forecasting

• Create financial models and forecasts utilizing Epicor data along with operational inputs

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and internal policies

• Discover opportunities to automate and enhance existing processes

• Serve as a reliable partner to accounting, operations, sales, and leadership teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP-based data, preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, energy, construction, or project-driven settings
