Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing KE engagement with automotive clientele

• Cultivating enduring relationships with customers

• Effectively managing the existing business portfolio

• Collaborating closely with Customer-Focused Teams

• Identifying key influencers and decision-makers

• Keeping CRM data updated with customer information

• Guiding teams through quotation activities and product sustainability initiatives

• Setting up and leading customer strategy and business review sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

• Experience with automotive clients

• Knowledge of automotive quality and regulatory standards

• Capability to recognize influencers and decision-makers

• Strong communication abilities

• Openness to extensive travel

• Technically knowledgeable with Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) experience
