Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all Branch KPIs within the Regional scope are achieved effectively.

• Guarantee that branch operations in the area run smoothly through the fulfillment and management of human resources.

• Ensure that the expansion of the designated Management area set by Amartha is executed successfully.

• Maintain portfolio quality in line with Amartha's objectives and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations.

• Uphold principles of transparency within the branch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum education of D3.

• Proven experience in managing a branch responsibly.

• Experience in leading a team of more than five members.

• At least 1 year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager/Leader (preferably in Grameen Bank System Financial Institutions/Microfinance).

• Ability to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies as a team guide to achieve targets.

• Must have personal transportation.

• Willingness to be placed in the Amartha Sumbawa Work Area.
