This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance alignment between Business Units and Account Teams.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Aerospace & Defence landscape, including key accounts and competitors within target market segments.
• Establish credibility as a vital business advisor for account teams by offering insights in business and technology domains, thereby boosting customer confidence.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key clients and industry experts.
• Assist Account Teams in optimizing Business Unit solutions and systems to enhance efficiency across functions, aiming to secure strategic deals and grow the business.
• Comprehend the return on investment for various engagements (Business Unit, Sales, Support, Services, Partners), oversee the scope of committed work, and advocate for business needs across Emerson Test & Measurement.
• Incorporate feedback from Regional Accounts/Industries to refine current and future Business Unit solutions and strategic direction.
• Advanced degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Over 10 years of cumulative work experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
• Strong connections or professional experience within the Aerospace/Defense ecosystem or supply chain companies.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience and understanding of the test and measurement industry.
• Extensive knowledge of EMSO (Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations) solutions and/or CNS (Communications, Navigation, and Satellite) solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
