Business Loan Lead Generation Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, online research, social media, referrals, and various lead generation channels.

• Assess potential applicants according to the company's qualification criteria.

• Confirm customer eligibility before transferring leads to the sales team.

• Keep precise records of prospects in the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture and convert them into qualified appointments.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover.

• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and lending regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• **1–3 years of experience in business loan, mortgage, banking, or financial product lead generation.**

• **Experience with loan brokers, NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies is an advantage.**

• **Background in financial services, lending, or loan lead generation is preferred.**

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.

• Exceptional telephone etiquette.

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Proficient internet research skills.

• Ability to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• **Internet Connection:**
