This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the legal strategy for significant tenders.
• Provide guidance on transaction frameworks; draft and negotiate intricate agreements.
• Offer continuous legal assistance for major projects (EPC, turnkey, LTSA, O&M).
• Handle disputes in the SEMEA region under the direction of the General Counsel.
• Provide counsel on legal and regulatory compliance within France and the European Union.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EHS, IP, HR, and Compliance teams.
• At least 6 years of experience, ideally as in-house counsel or with a prestigious law firm.
• A law degree (Master 2, LL.B., JD or equivalent) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar in France or a member in good standing of a relevant jurisdiction's bar.
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
• Qualification as a solicitor in England would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in complex international commercial transactions in the energy, construction, or infrastructure industries.
