📋 Description

• Assisting in the preparation of talent agreements for feature films, streaming series, and animated projects

• Drafting both above-the-line and below-the-line contracts for feature films, streaming shows, and animated productions

• Evaluating various intellectual property rights, issues, and clearance matters related to Marvel assets

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous internship experience at a film or entertainment company or a law firm

• Exceptional analytical skills to oversee and execute multiple projects in a dynamic environment

• Strong research abilities and resourcefulness

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to work independently

• High level of discretion in managing sensitive or confidential information

• Completion of coursework in copyright law, entertainment law, or intellectual property law
