Business IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing business requirements from a technical perspective, from the initiative stage to implementation.

• You will organize and lead analysis meetings with stakeholders of the information systems to identify, extract, analyze, and document requirements.

• You will define, from a technical standpoint, both functional and non-functional specifications for business requirements related to system development.

• You will create and update process diagrams impacted by change requests.

• You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing analysis documentation for the requested solution.

• You will develop, in collaboration with Delgaz Grid representatives, the user journey associated with the analyzed processes.

• You will manage the functional and non-functional changes requested by the client.

• You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents containing business requirements and descriptions of technical solutions.

• You will perform additional tasks that naturally arise from your role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Studies in the IT field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.

• Advanced English language skills.

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.

• Experience with Jira.

• Familiarity with Confluence.

• Knowledge of Java FX.

• Proficiency in HTML.

• Experience with SQL.

• Understanding of client/server architectural principles.

• Conceptual knowledge of databases.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to comprehend business requirements.

• Planning and organizational skills.

• Proactive attitude.

• Capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
