Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Drive the standardization, automation, and reusability of reporting solutions and analytical products.

• Support initiatives aimed at revenue growth, expense optimization, and achieving a competitive edge.

• Communicate updates and challenges to both management and customers.

• Provide project management services, including budget management, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.

• Design and develop solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.

• Lead, plan, and oversee major departmental projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.

• At least 2+ years of experience in insurance, analytics, and reporting.

• Proficient in visualization techniques; skilled in visual storytelling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, as well as building, integrating, and managing databases, and creating data models, particularly within the PowerBI framework, with a solid understanding of business needs and processes.

• Knowledgeable in PowerBI, Excel, SSRS, and Tableau; highly skilled in SharePoint, PowerApps, MSFlow, SQL, and/or SAS.

• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with both technical and non-technical teams.
