Business Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages and improves the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

• Delivers actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Recognizes operational bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.

• Designs and executes strategies to optimize processes and minimize costs.

• Partners with department leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Tracks and evaluates KPIs, providing regular updates and reports.

• Promotes effective communication and collaboration among various departments.

• Collaborates closely with teams in Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Directs and supervises the execution of process improvement initiatives.

• Establishes project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.

• Oversees resource allocation across departments.

• Suggests adjustments for resource allocation as needed.

• Spots potential operational risks and formulates mitigation plans.

• Ensures adherence to industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis software.

• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and modeling.

• Capacity to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.

• Service-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• Demonstrated ability to create and present business analyses.

• Experience in making decisions driven by business metrics.
