Business Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions to support Safety and Logistics stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Take ownership of the reporting lifecycle, which includes data validation, governance, refreshing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement that aid in strategic planning.

• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency, minimize manual effort, and improve data accuracy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into actionable analytics solutions.

• Produce executive-ready reports, business reviews, and performance summaries to assist leadership in decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct regular KPI performance reviews and operational discussions, utilizing data-driven insights to promote continuous improvement.

• Support Rhythm of Business activities, governance reviews, and operational planning processes throughout the organization.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving reporting and analytics, driving standardization of reporting processes and best practices.

• Ensure that reporting solutions comply with data governance standards and maintain audit-ready documentation for all reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Experience in providing business insights and operational reporting to senior leaders.

• Proven success in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of data governance principles, KPI development, and performance management frameworks.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
