Business Intelligence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in understanding internal and external data trends that are pertinent to Netomi’s business and product ecosystem.

• Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards and tools that empower teams to monitor and comprehend business metrics independently.

• Perform in-depth analyses of chatbot performance, user interactions, and conversational flows to discover significant optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to convert conversational analytics into actionable insights.

• Integrate and analyze data from conversational platforms (such as chatbot logs and NLU/NLP systems) to enhance intent accuracy, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize Generative BI tools to generate dynamic, automated reports and data narratives that answer natural language queries.

• Work alongside enterprise architects to ensure that solutions are in alignment with broader data architecture and governance principles.

• Facilitate the automation of recurring reporting tasks and optimize data workflows using scripting and scheduling tools.

• Oversee AI-driven systems for accuracy, bias, and explainability in outputs, ensuring that business users have confidence in the insights provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing and developing business intelligence and analytics solutions, including leadership roles.

• Familiarity with generative BI platforms (such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau Pulse, Microsoft Copilot in Power BI) and natural language query systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in chatbot analytics, optimization of conversational flows, and interpretation of voice-of-customer data.

• Practical experience with SQL, scripting languages (like Python or R), and data visualization tools (such as Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).

• Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture best practices.

• Capability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations through interactive dashboards and storytelling techniques.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the skill to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in leading small, agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
