Business Intelligence Engineer – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Project teams to identify reporting and analytics requirements.

• Design, create, and sustain enterprise dashboards and KPI reporting.

• Develop and enhance SQL queries, views, and data models that support operational reporting.

• Consolidate data from various enterprise systems into unified reporting solutions.

• Enhance data quality, governance, and documentation within reporting environments.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work alongside software engineers and business partners to create internal data applications.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

• Utilize AI tools responsibly to enhance development efficiency and expedite solution delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or comparable roles.

• Proficient in SQL at an advanced level.

• Experience in designing enterprise dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other similar BI tools.

• Experience in integrating data from multiple business systems.

• Background in supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Construction sectors.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling techniques.

• Experience in developing KPIs and executive-level reporting.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences.

• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Experience in working with Node.js web applications.

• Professional experience in Python for automation or ETL development.

• Proficient with modern ETL orchestration tools.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Familiarity with integrating platforms such as Procore, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle ERP, or O9.

• Experience in Agile consulting environments.
