Business Intelligence Engineer 2, Data Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential data products, pipelines, and automation that support Care Management, Value Based Operations, and clinical initiatives.

• Analyze and synthesize various data sources into a unified source of truth.

• Act as a subject matter expert for partner teams, facilitating their understanding and utilization of data.

• Develop and sustain scalable, efficient pipelines and automation processes.

• Deliver data that enables decision-makers to evaluate the impacts of clinical, operational, and financial programs.

• Assist in the enterprise development and management of care programs related to kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease.

• Conduct root cause analysis on intricate data sets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Fewer than 5 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or data engineering.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• At least 1 year of experience with SQL or SAS.

• At least 1 year of experience with Python or PySpark.

• At least 1 year of experience with Databricks and creating automated pipelines.

• Proficiency in evaluating complex data sets and executing root cause analysis.

• Strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• An advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred.

• Ability to leverage data to influence business outcomes and decisions is preferred.

• This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.

• A dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information is necessary.
