Business Intelligence Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for Business Intelligence and develop scalable analytics capabilities.

• Create a consistent, data-driven operational model.

• Link operational and product metrics to financial results.

• Review and enhance the existing Data Science, Business Analytics, and BI functions.

• Implement a data-driven framework for assessing new product features.

• Analyze the current reporting landscape and develop a transparent KPI reporting structure.

• Assist business leaders in communicating KPIs to their teams.

• Promote a company-wide strategy for decision-making based on trustworthy data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data.

• More than 5 years in senior leadership positions (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI).

• Significant leadership experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within a fast-paced digital environment.

• Demonstrated success in transforming analytics functions into strategic business partners.

• Extensive knowledge of performance reporting, KPI design, forecasting, budgeting, and business modeling.

• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership.

• Proven experience in building scalable reporting frameworks and enhancing organizational data transparency using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Background in adtech, digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech, or other data-intensive sectors is a plus.

• Readiness to remain actively involved in hands-on tasks.
