This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Research, develop, configure, implement, design, and proactively oversee and manage Trillium’s Power BI Reporting Platform.
• Evaluate the organization’s reporting requirements and assist in formulating a long-term reporting strategy.
• Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage the development, documentation, and implementation of reporting systems.
• Offer technical support concerning systems capabilities for Information Technology projects.
• Provide training to IT and Trillium staff as required and directed.
• Design, construct, test, deploy, document, and sustain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models.
• Create and manage SQL queries, data pipelines, and related systems that drive reporting solutions.
• Continuously evaluate the platform's capabilities, performance, and governance.
• Research, develop, test, deploy, and document innovative data ingestion, processing, transmission, and sharing methods and tools in collaboration with IT teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security protocols, including regular audits, for reporting platforms and computer files.
• Define users and their access levels for various segments of the reporting platform.
• Select, develop, and implement code to monitor the performance of the reporting platform.
• Create reference and workflow documents.
• Update agency data definitions in the data dictionary for reporting and visualizations.
• Associate's degree coupled with four (4) years of experience in information technology, data analytics, or reporting development.
• Familiarity with n-tier development and support methodologies.
• Understanding of relational and data warehouse development.
• Knowledge of extract-transform-load processes.
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Certification is required.
• Two-year degrees must include certification.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Residency within the United States is mandatory.
• Preferred: Degree in Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics, Engineering Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Human Services, and/or Healthcare Administration.
• Preferred: Microsoft data systems certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL v3, Power BI, INFORMS, IIBA, AWS, Azure, or relevant certifications.
