This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Create and implement dashboards featuring KPIs, drill-through options, and impactful visualizations.
β’ Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
β’ Employ SQL, Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, BI platforms, and analytics engineering methodologies to produce reporting, automation, advanced analytics, and business insights.
β’ Integrate and transform data from Salesforce, Workday, AWS, and enterprise data warehouses into the Domo data warehouse using contemporary ETL practices.
β’ Spearhead analytics projects through requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, adoption, and continuous support.
β’ Convert complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions.
β’ Suggest improvements in data architecture, data quality, and operational processes.
β’ Collaborate with business analysts, BI developers, data architects, and end users to achieve project goals.
β’ Design, develop, and sustain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
β’ Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and timelines while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
β’ Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and development support to analysts, BI developers, and business partners.
β’ Advocate for self-service analytics, conduct user training, and enhance data literacy throughout the organization.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data warehousing, enterprise reporting solutions, or a related area.
β’ Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate intricate business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
β’ Capability to lead analytics projects through the entire solution lifecycle.
β’ More than 5 years of experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Domo, Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar technologies.
β’ Strong expertise in SQL.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in designing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration solutions.
β’ Proficiency in Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, or comparable analytical programming tools for automation, advanced analytics, or data engineering is highly preferred.
β’ Successful completion of a background check is mandatory as a condition of employment.
