Business Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage dashboards. Create, enhance, and sustain scalable reporting solutions that facilitate essential business operations.

• Maintain data integrity. Conduct quality assurance, reconciliation, and validation across intricate, multi-source datasets.

• Provide insights, not merely data. Craft engaging visualizations that showcase trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

• Collaborate across functions. Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to establish data requirements and enhance data infrastructure.

• Foster data innovation. Utilize AI tools and contemporary analytics methods to improve insight generation and speed.

• Support decision making. Convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analyses and clear recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in BI or Analyst positions, ideally within the media or technology sector.

• Proficient in SQL and advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with Databricks and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience in developing AI workflows for insights and business intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex, and disorganized datasets.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Solid skills in project management and prioritization.
