This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary analytics collaborator for your designated product team.
• Participate fully in sprint reviews, PI planning, and discovery sessions, rather than just supplying data.
• Take ownership of the measurement strategy for your assigned product portfolio.
• Establish KPIs, funnels, and success metrics prior to product launch.
• Serve as the initial contact for product leaders' data requirements, responsible for identifying solutions either internally or in collaboration with other data and analytics teams, including our data science team.
• Assess the effectiveness of the digital product strategy and suggest modifications as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Develop and manage product performance dashboards in PowerBI that inform critical product decisions.
• Analyze user behavior within the digital experience, including funnel drop-off, feature adoption, session depth, and engagement trends.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, effectively communicating results without exaggerating their significance.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to facilitate analysis and automate regular data retrieval.
• Distill complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in product analytics, OR a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in product analytics, OR 8+ years of practical experience in product analytics without a degree.
• Previous experience integrated within a consumer-focused digital product organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap and prioritization decisions using data.
• Proficient in SQL, Advanced PowerBI, and basic Python.
• Established experience with product funnels and behavioral event data.
• Experience in A/B testing, including test design, statistical analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and the role of analytics at each phase.
