Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate, cross-departmental analytics projects

• Independently tackle unclear analytical challenges

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytics aligns with business objectives

• Guide and mentor Junior and Associate Analysts

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields, including the management of complex stakeholder-oriented analytics. Equivalent experience and proven ability may be considered in lieu of the specified years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience

• SQL: Proficient in advanced query design, validation logic, and performance optimization

• Tableau: Skilled in advanced dashboard creation and enhancement

• Tableau Prep: Expertise in creating complex, reusable data flows

• Databricks: Comfortable with querying and working collaboratively with Data Engineering

• Python: Capable of writing data analysis and validation scripts

• Statistics: Knowledgeable in regression concepts and analytical rigor

• Data Modeling Awareness: Strong understanding of data grain and joins
