This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance executive and project-level dashboards for both client-facing and internal purposes.
• Create dashboard layouts, KPI frameworks, summary views, and detailed reporting formats that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Transform incoming source documents into standardized reporting formats that are compatible with dashboard integration.
• Assess data for completeness, consistency, and usability prior to its incorporation into dashboard outputs.
• Establish and apply reporting standards, field definitions, status structures, and roll-up logic.
• Configure and sustain dashboard outputs utilizing approved reporting logic and standards.
• Update dashboards based on newly received source files and recurring reporting intervals.
• Conduct data quality assessments and highlight any missing, inconsistent, or questionable inputs.
• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to address reporting challenges and enhance dashboard usability.
• Assist with planned versus actual reporting, KPI summaries, project comparisons, and trend analyses.
• Oversee, implement, and monitor internal Stelic dashboards for business operations and leadership reporting.
• Suggest practical enhancements to dashboard structure, reporting clarity, workflow efficiency, and repeatability.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools where applicable to optimize reporting workflows, support summarization, aid quality assurance, and boost efficiency.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, data analytics, project controls analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard tools, including HTML-based dashboards.
• Experience in cleansing, structuring, and standardizing data from various source files.
• Proven ability to create practical dashboards and reporting views for both executive and project-level audiences.
• Experience with KPI development, trend reporting, and summary reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work through incomplete or inconsistent source data.
• Knowledge of Power Query, ETL, Python, or similar tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance repeatability.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and LLM technologies for KPI summaries, data integrity checks, auto-generated narratives, and their role in improving reporting efficiency and workflow.
• Experience in construction, project controls, procurement, capital projects, or life sciences environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft-based reporting environments, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams is also preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business analytics, engineering, construction management, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
