Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and develop analytical models and tools aimed at enhancing transportation cost efficiency, speed, and network performance.

• Take ownership of and improve essential tools such as carrier dashboards, routing optimization systems, chargeback frameworks, and cost benchmarking tools.

• Provide predictive and real-time reporting on critical KPIs including transit time, on-time delivery rates, and freight expenditures.

• Offer rapid, ad hoc decision-making support with a strong emphasis on business drivers and actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to automation initiatives while developing scalable, high-impact analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; capable of independently writing and optimizing complex queries; expertise in Power BI, including the ability to build dashboards and DAX measures from the ground up.

• A self-motivated problem solver who can define ambiguous business questions, gather relevant data, and provide actionable insights with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills; comfortable presenting findings directly to US-based leaders and stakeholders, with experience collaborating across time zones with US teams.

• Bonus: Familiarity with carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data.
