📋 Description

• Take ownership of medium-complexity analytics projects from the initial requirements gathering phase to final delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to establish objectives and success metrics.

• Analyze and interpret both structured and unstructured data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Design and create reports and dashboards utilizing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker), ensuring that outputs align with stakeholder requirements and business objectives.

• Convert business logic into technical specifications and implement calculations, KPIs, and rules within analytics environments.

• Perform exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and inform business decisions.

• Work in conjunction with data engineers and developers to guarantee that data flows, structures, and integrations satisfy analytical needs.

• Support data governance initiatives by creating, maintaining, and enforcing documentation related to data definitions, metadata, and lineage.

• Employ data quality and validation methods to enhance trust in data across the organization.

• Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization, client experience enhancement, and revenue growth.

• Utilize fundamental data modeling techniques (e.g., star/snowflake schema) and assist in the creation of data pipelines and ETL workflows.

• Present findings to a variety of audiences, using visual storytelling and clear language to foster alignment and drive action.
