This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data across various systems to uncover trends, risks, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and availability of data.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including systems, pipelines, and tools like Jira, for comprehensive visibility.
• Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery, system health, and operational outcomes.
• Organize and present data to facilitate self-service reporting and access for stakeholders.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Support data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automating reporting processes and enhancing data workflows.
• Work across multiple Scrum teams and a Kanban-based Operations & Maintenance workstream.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical or enterprise setting.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with structured data sources, including SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Preferred: experience working with Agile development teams of 20+ FTEs and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred: experience supporting federal IT systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Preferred: experience integrating data from Jira or similar platforms.
• Preferred: knowledge of Oracle or enterprise data platforms.
• Preferred: understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
