📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for client technology deliverables, ensuring timely execution and exceptional quality that meets technical specifications based on client needs.

• Serve as the main point of contact, translating intricate client requirements and business challenges into clear and concise technology specifications for both new developments and the enhancement of existing solutions.

• Proactively inquire to gain a deep understanding of the client's operational processes and how their Liquid Data solution, along with other technologies (including exploring AI potential), can be utilized for maximum efficiency and impact.

• Consult with clients to discern business needs and explore opportunities for technological advancement, fostering robust relationships and partnerships through your understanding of their environment and the proposal of innovative solutions.

• Work closely with internal technology and product teams, acting as the client's advocate to ensure that technical solutions effectively address both articulated and underlying needs.

• Facilitate the implementation of technology solutions by cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders, guiding them through technical capabilities and possibilities.

• Identify opportunities to boost technology adoption and enhance client satisfaction by ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and aligned with their evolving requirements.

• Assist clients in designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations, transforming their information needs into technical design specifications.

• Stay updated with advancements in technology and AI, recognizing how these can be leveraged to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including comprehensive documentation of client requirements, technical specifications, and delivery trackers.

• Engage actively in client and internal meetings with a positive and curious attitude, prepared to ask pertinent questions and challenge assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Recognize when to seek assistance and feel comfortable asking clarifying questions—there are no 'stupid' questions when it comes to ensuring client success and technical accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or other quantitative fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in business analytics and reporting within the CPG or General Merchandising sectors.

• Experience with data visualization using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo is advantageous.

• Strong background with RESTful APIs, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), and BI tool integrations.

• Ability to extract business insights and offer recommendations based on the analysis of complex data sets.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data warehousing concepts.

• Proven ability to effectively manage and support complex client deliverables.

• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.

• Executive presence and a proven track record of consulting with senior-level clients to influence their thinking and advance Circana's business agenda.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to manage projects with high attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness and ability to recognize and respond to client needs from a service perspective.
