Business Director, Analytics and Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) to establish business strategies

• Address strategic inquiries using a consulting approach

• Spearhead key strategic initiatives, including AI transformation efforts

• Assist the intelligence unit with analytics, market assessments, and in-depth thematic explorations

• Define the vision for long-term product innovation

• Work alongside engineering teams to deliver product prototypes

• Guide strategy and product leaders, as well as individual contributors

• Foster talent development and build a pipeline of organizational talent

• Build trusted relationships with both internal and external customers and key stakeholders

• Nurture a vibrant, customer-focused, mission-driven product culture

• Demonstrate AI adoption by creating solutions that enhance efficiency and quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative analysis

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management

• Preferred: Master's Degree

• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in financial services

• Preferred: More than 1 year of experience in consulting

• Outstanding strategy and strategic problem-solving abilities

• Strong product focus and experience in customer-oriented product delivery

• Innovative mindset with the capability to establish a vision

• Proven track record of exceptional people leadership

• Excellent relationship-building capabilities

• Ability to gain credibility with senior leaders and colleagues across various disciplines

• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in emerging technologies and organizational structures
