This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Engage in sales and negotiations by preparing proposals and presentations, holding meetings, and drafting contracts — culminating in deal closures;
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Conduct research on industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and manage the lead pipeline from both inbound and outbound channels;
• Foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and develop tailored solutions;
• Consistently track and report on personal KPIs with accuracy and timeliness;
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long-term objectives;
• Align efforts with the leadership team to explore and implement new business opportunities, strategies, or concepts;
• Collect and analyze feedback to uncover opportunities for service enhancements or product development.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B settings, particularly in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably in the technology sector);
• Proficiency in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken);
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, along with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-based tools;
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate ideas effectively;
• A self-driven and results-oriented mindset, combined with robust organizational and time-management capabilities;
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in receiving feedback and managing high-pressure situations;
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach;
• Quick learner with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
